General Terms and Conditions

I. We accept the following forms of payment:
1. PayPal – for PayPal account holders. Check the PayPal payment option in the checkout process.
2. Credit Cards – Check the PayPal payment option in the checkout process and complete the checkout process. Once redirected to PayPal website, chose Credit Card payment option and follow instruction.
3. Cheque – make cheques payable to The Hoola Hoop Company.
4. Postal orders (for postal orders click cheque as payment option in the checkout process and send postal order instead of cheque).
For alternative forms of payment please contact us directly to discuss details.

II. Delivery times.
Please allow 14 days for delivery from the moment we have received the payment (cheque cleared). Delivery is arranged by courier to your door.

III. Refund policy.
All items should be returned in unused or unopened condition with original packaging at your own expense within 7 days of the receipt date. Please e-mail us for damaged or defective goods within 7 days. We will refund your item price only.

V. Shipping costs:
1. We post to the UK & EU only.
2. Postal charges depend on the weight of the product.

VII. We will not be held liable for any costs or inconvinience caused by late deliveries. We can't take responsibility for goods being lost by Royal Mail. If you you wish to be able to track your parcel and have it insured, please order a DHL delivery.

VIII. Claims for damage or non-functionality must be made within 3 working days of receipt of the goods.

IX. In the unlikely event that your package does not arrive, we will not be able to resend the package or refund you for 10 working days. This time limit is imposed by Royal Mail and is unfortunately beyond our control. If your order is urgent please call us to arrange courier service.

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal privacy and, in accordance with UK Data Protection law, we uphold strict security procedures for the storage of your personal information.

When you place an order we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address and phone number information.

This information is used to process orders only. We might use it to contact you for marketing purposes.

We don’t collect or have access to your credit card data. The credit card handling is done directly by PayPal, WorldPay or Google Checkout and not disclosed to us (unless we process your order on the phone).

We don’t share your personal information with any third parties.
